They went pretty solid. It came with these cheap ass plastic mounts so I used the butterfly’s instead. Could only use one on each side

I’d say it’s 1/2 dry wall.
I went by this technical data sheet, said 200 lbs is the tensile/sheer strength, take 1/4 of that and that’s your safe load strength
