@Shortcut what are you doing for shoulders? I’ve been hitting:
  1. OHP 3x5
  2. Dumbbell presses 3x5
  3. Lateral raises 3x6
  4. Front raises 3x6
I need something to hit the rear delt (I think that’s what it’s called). The OHP and DB presses get it some but I want to target it specifically.

I don’t have any cables but plenty of free weights

If you are wanting to build size, increase your reps 8-12. for rear delts "rear flys" work great, light weight! lay on incline bench with the weights infront of your chest and just pull your arms back like making a T you will feel it. light weight and 10-12 reps. also band pull aparts hit them in you have a band. just hold in out infront while standing and well pull it apart, lol. both are great. you got my number hit me up anytime man!

BTW some of my favorite shoulder work you listed. I do not do front raises but the others I do on shoulders!
