Me too. Mowed the property for hours on Sunday, so we could have an Easter egg hunt in the evening. They loved it.
You are so right. I've long been vaguely aware that dehydration exacerbated medical issues, but only after doing a deep dive into the research on it have I come to understand how MUCH it makes things worse. And it is such a simple solution.
Thanks for all the support, guys. I'll just have to get back to monitoring how much water she drinks each day. Sinice the dehydration makes her less coherent, once it starts, she's unaware she's getting worse & much harder to convince her to fix it. Much better for me to just make sure it doesn't happen.
Where're those jugs that knight and kyber were using that show amount the time you should get there? (Actually, I think my wife has one.)
I use a 32 oz thermos. Keeps the water cold (or warm, however you like it).
My wife uses those flavor packets that add a little flavor to keep it from being so boring.
GA heat makes you strong, knocked out 4 for lunch, pushed it way to hard the first mile at 6:40 and got absolutely roasted on the last 3. Lots of hills on this route. Felt good boys!

Steamed to lift dents and grain, block sanded then water sanded with 400, dried and started staining.
90% of dents and scratches gone.
1st coat of English Chestnut soaking in for 15 min.
Prob do another coat tonight and see how dark it is.

Haven't started the topcoat yet and i'm not trying to make it blood red.
Trying to match the existing gas tube cover as it's a darker wood type while the lower handguard is light natural type wood.
Ugh... Found an orphan Para P13 mag. Guess that's my next gun or something.

Looking at stuff in AK marketplaces is pretty depressing. Everything (generally) has gotten so expensive, overinflated, and overexposed that the fun has gone out of it for me.
