It depends on the sights I'm using and the height of the front sight post. I like Heinie sights and run them on most of my pistols. They are designed to "shoot the dot", meaning the front sight dot is basically point of impact. Other factory sights are designed to either aim off the top edge of the blade as POI, so you would basically hold on the center of the target with the top edge. And then there are those that are designed for a Bullseye hold at 6 o'clock. I hate those. They are designed for a hold on the bottom of a Bullseye target for POI at the center, essentially POI is some distance above the sights.
