Recipe Anybody have an Instant Pot?

We just got ours that we ordered off of Amazon yesterday. We used it last night just for baked potatoes to try it out. We had perfect baked potatoes in 25 minutes. 12 minutes in the pressure cooker and 15 minutes in the oven(instead of the normal hour).

To crisp the skin on the potatoes. You don't have to but I like crispy skin on baked potatoes so I did.

I know you can do a bunch of shit in these, I just don't know what all you can do. I'm still reading up on it...well, my wife is anyways. This is about the extent of my research right here, which would be none, thanks to y'all. lol.

She says to tell you there's a HUGE community on FB that have a plethora of recipes.

She got the 8 quart model and it's been great so far!

I don't really have any recipes for ya but all of our stuff is low carb anyway.

It definitely makes some good stuff and it's super easy to make too.
