Mom has one of those- it cooks some good food! Beef roast with a can of consume and some vegetables... best pot roast I've eaten.

She did a cauliflower soup for dinner tonight with bacon crumbles in the Instapot...

DAYUM!

And losing weight in the process...

We cooked some long grain wild rice and some thick cut pork chops in ours tonight. It was damn good.
