One of the advantages of 300blk is 95% parts compatibility. 9mm is a whole other ball of wax. Not saying that you shouldn't do it, just that it's a different ball game. Keep in mind, that there won't be much difference in overall length between the two either.I'm wondering if I should just go with the 9mm upper now and scratch the 300blk.
I'd have good CQB home defense and easy install of suppressor not to mention the ammo is perfect for plinking and cost half as much. Hmmm
Three lug it!
I never had losseness issues either, but 3 lug is just so damn quick and easy.I hear great things about three lug mounting systems but:
A) cost
B) my direct thread can has never come loose from my 9mm SBR
both are pretty bad which I think is more due to the AR setup than anything elseI've know the blowback gas on 300blk suppressed is very minimal but how's the blowback on the 9mm
