My gen4 19, had the newer recoil spring but some of the brass would land on the brim of my hat. The new extractor fixed it too. They are good, but perfection isn't in the same ballpark. I'm really happy with it now, but I almost sold it before the armorers at the match fixed it, the same time...

At the time Glock and M&P were similar otd prices. In a world of $400 M&Ps I probably would've never joined GSSF in the first place.

I picked up some magpul G17 mags for $11, and I've been to two GSSF matches where they're were selling mags for $10 each. I like the M&P and the only reason I'm a Glock guy is the GSSF discount. At one point I owned both, and even with the discount I almost went with the Smith. But at this point...

Glock because magazine prices. I have a dozen each G17 and G19 mags. I never paid more than $12 for any of them, no Korean. How cheap could you buy 24 M&P mags?

I work for a company that bans guns on their property, even in your car, and it's supposedly legal because we park in a secured lot.
