    77gr Sierra Tipped MKs

Thanks. That's better than other threads I was finding. I might have to join M4carbine

    77gr Sierra Tipped MKs

I was planning on starting on the low end of the regular SMKs and working up, but the bullet length is a bit longer, definately longer than the 75grs I have. I saw a thread on arfcom and the sniper forums, but nothing other than a few individual recipes. There was some worry about...

I also believe, the way the grip has a higher cut out that's closer to the slide, helps it manage recoil much more effectively than the LCP.

Tried a belly band? SOB holster? I think you could easily conceal a G43, Shield, XDs under a dress shirt with a tuckable. Is a G42 too big? That shoots pretty well for a small pistol, and you can get good sights for it.

If your just looking at the numbers, it seems that way, but with a good set up, you can make a shield or something that size disappear. I went with the XDs, mainly because of the 3 mags and holster rebate Springfield was running, but it's a much more easy to carry than a G19 even though it's...

I don't wear skinny jeans. If I'm putting a gun in my pocket, I wear pants that will accommodate it. I probably should have said almost impossible to shoot well. They are terrible. Between the tiny grips, horrible triggers, 2" barrels, terrible sights, they are God awful performers at the...

I know I'm about to get yelled at, but I would recommend a Taurus TCP. I think it's an improved LCP. Mine at least was 100% reliable, and had a better, but still really long, trigger than either of the two you mentioned. I sold it and went to a Smith 642 for pocket carry when I need that...

    77gr Sierra Tipped MKs

Anyone have any load data specific to the polymer tipped match kings? The B.C. is .420 at velocities greater than 2400fps. The regular MK BC is only .360 in comparison. I'm having trouble finding data that's not the normal bullet. All I have powder-wise right now is Varget and benchmark.

    Spare magazine

Not normally when carrying the G19, but when I have the XDs I carry an extra 9 rounder. I guess I'm comfortable when I have over 15 rounds.

    So. Much. Fail.

That's racist and only driving away potential polish gun rights supporters. It might be a good thing since they tend to donate money to Brady campaign.

    Atlanta Mayor Wants Smart Guns

The movie where he came out, it was a biometric gun in 9mm short. I haven't seen the new one.

It's hard rooting for a bisexual that saves the world with a smart gun chambered for .380.

    OATH Ammo Looks Promising

Where's the link to the first civilian use? If it existed, why wasn't it included? I don't think that's a picture of a .380.

Did you notice any issues with the internet, the days in question? Every time I see a story like this, I see it be used as a justification for more control.

I blame that James bond movie. He must've just watched it.

I think the most recent smart gun isn't considered viable, so NJ residents still have time to move.

S&W M&P 9mm claimed to put officers and public at risk

I read that the NYPD, back in the day off issued revolvers, trained the officers to stage their finger on the trigger when they drew their weapon. They never updated their training, or retrained, when they went to the Glock. They had a rash of unintended discharges. Initially at least, instead...
