Thanks. He's good, he just requires a lot of attention and is very susceptible to respiratory infection and irritation because he has a trach. We spent Tuesday night in the hospital at Scottish Rite and almost had to spend thanksgiving there just because of a common cold virus.- Willy Leadwell

I run one in my 9mm SBR, but I built the gun wth it and have never run it with anything else, so I have no real basis for comparison. The gun is stupid quiet though.- Willy Leadwell

I don't own any 9mm Walthers, but I do have a PK380 and it is extremely similar to my SR22. Ergonomically I'd say Walther is going to be the closest you'll get. Love my SR22.- Willy Leadwell
