    what to buy now?

I was planning on turning ARs into revolvers and leverguns if a panic happened, on to plan B.

    Digital NFA Documentation?

A friend that has a ton of stamps shrinks the stamp form to credit card size and laminates it to keep in his wallet.

Looks too cute by half. Think of how confusing that will be if neither of your ammo/rifle combos match up. Get a simple mildot or moa based scope and chart your impacts at different distances and tape the info to the scope, it will at least be right.

What is your gun related OCD?

I wish I did. The last time I needed an oddball caliber I literally had to open 9 ammo cans before I found it. I've got sometimes 5 or 6 calibers in a can with no labels except the occasional duct tape and sharpie that's guaranteed to be wrong.

    Gun smithing tools

A bev block is $45, the reaction rod goes on sale for $69. It's worth it for installing gas blocks, if all you do is mount rails the bev block works fine.

You have a near zero, far zero, and maximum ordinate. As long as you know those three numbers, it doesn't matter where you sight in.

The reaction rod is better because you can orient the upper to any angle.

    Gun smithing tools

The way the magpul wrench has the opening on the front, rather than the side. Much stronger, the other ones will flex and slip on really torqued down barrel nuts. The tekton main set was as cheap as I felt I could go, but they seem pretty decent. It also has taper and center punches which come...

Dope the drop with each load in the field and take notes. If your scope has marked dials, use them. Tape a dope sheet to the stock or store it in the handle. Once you've verified the info, there's no more guesswork, just adjust the scope.

Rifle length barrel without a F marked sight

Who sells one? I traded a flat top for a A2 upper today. Every barrel I see has a F marked FSB. I'd rather not pin one on myself.

I think that's the Russian IPSC grand champion.

    Mak 90

Yes to the 922r. The reciever can be straight or slant cut where the stock attaches, the straight is more desirable because there are more and cheaper stock options

    Mak 90

You have to make it compliant first. Straight cut has more stock options than slant cut.

    Precision AR build.

If it's for coyotes, .223/5.56 is fine. I don't think there's hardly any ballistic or velocity advantage past 20". Mine has a 20" Bergara barrel that's great. It gets close to 1moa with a couple factory 55gr including PMC bronze and Tula brassmax, I think it shoots less than .5moa with a tuned...

In my experience, 40gr is better than 36 SV is better than HV LRN is better than Copper washed.
