    I looked, still at 190°. I took the probe and moved it, 185° at the new spot so it isn't lying. This isn't a huge piece of meat but Google says the stall can be as long as 6 hours...

    Yep. I didn't realize it would stall that close to the finish temp. I also didn't realize the stall was that long, almost 30 minutes now and hasn't moved 1°, still dead on 190°

    I've heard of that happening before with PSA CS but the one time they shorted me a part, they sent it out to me right away. Most of the time I've seen where ppl had issues was during a panic, like 2012. Not an excuse but I can see where things get crazy during panic times

    DDC Upper/lower receiver set had a sloppy fit also. Which isn't a functional problem but it still wasn't cool.
