    Ruger LCP 380

It looks like the yellow (gray?) dot got shot with a tiny caliber bullet. ::)

    22 pump

I have one of those that used to belong to my grandfather. I'll have to bring it our and spruce it up a bit one of these days.

    S&W Model 22 A-1 22LR

That sure is purty and I bet it's a good shooter as well.....

    New Smith & Wesson M&P BODYGUARD .380

In my opinion, you need to concentrate on getting some adequate lighting to go along with your weapons. The most important thing to me in a confrontation in my home would be identification of the "target". I doubt that I would ever choose to shoot at an unidentified target. Once the target is...

    A "can't-miss" AR! $10G.

It sure would be interesting to find out how the product could do what they claim. I suspect it has to have an electronic trigger to fire the rifle when the target is properly located in the "scope".

    A new Remington 9 - under $400 nice!

    That is very interesting.....

Interesting product for (cough, cough) Older Eyes

    I agree with that 100%.

Interesting product for (cough, cough) Older Eyes

Older eyes may not even be able to see the front sight and the target clearly enough together, much less seeing the rear sight correctly. Anything that can help would be welcomed by a lot of shooters whose age is taking a toll on their sight.

Glock is going to have a US-made pocket .380?

Glock has made .380 pistols for quite a while. However, they did not meet the "point count" requirements to allow them to be imported into the U.S. thus we have not seen them sold here. I gather from some of the ads I've seen while searching for the new pistol that the .380 Glocks have been...

Glock is going to have a US-made pocket .380?

Rumor control has it that Glock will be releasing a .380 pocket pistol in January. Doing a Google search for "Glock 42" will provide quite a few hits with interesting info in them. It's supposed to be made in the USA so the "rules" that prevented importation of earlier Glock .380 models made...

    A legend passes away

At least we have lots of examples of their great life's work to remember them by.

    Basement range

That's nothing that a 2-minute application of drywall compound and another 2-minute paint touch-up can't take care of. Way back when I lived in an apartment and peppered a wall in my bedroom (shooting from the living room). It didn't take much at all to patch that up before I moved out.

Known sources for ammunition - Availability Board

Dave - what type of primers are in those cases - Boxer or Berdan?

    CCI primers????

Yep. However, my first goal is to get out to the range with the rifle my son made for me (based on a Mauser action and a Krieger barrel) and burn some Federal ammo that I have so that I have an idea what the rifle can do with it and then I'll use that brass for my load development.

    CCI primers????

I picked up two pounds of Hodgdon H4831 at a gun store about 25 miles from home (but along a fun trip for Cindy and me) for $20.99 per pound plus sales tax. No shipping or hazmat fees tacked on. I'm happy. I also found TONS of primers available at the Fleet Farm in West Bend. They only...

    CCI primers????

I appreciate that, but the hazmat fee for one pound is about the same price as the powder. It'll be a lot cheaper to wait until the Cabela's near me or another store just a little further away has it in stock. Fortunately, I'm in no rush.

    CCI primers????

Cabela's had good stock on almost all the different CCI primers including the Magnum Small Rifle primers (#450) that I bought today (for AR-15 5.56 ammo). I got a box of 1000 and left five more there. I suspect I couldn't have purchased two boxes at the same time but that's just a guess...

    TrajeTech re-manufactured ammo

If you can get some good background history on the "factory", I would agree. However, any no-name operation is still suspect in my mind. Now, if the manufacturer was Hornady or another well-known ammunition manufacturer, I would feel fairly comfortable about the product without doing extra...

    TrajeTech re-manufactured ammo

I would never buy reloaded ammo from anyone (unless I knew the person and his/her reloading methods) because there's no guarantee of what you're getting. It could easily be unsafe to shoot.
