I get what you are saying. I just hope you don't let the night sights replace a good light. Need to make sure what you are throwing rounds toward. I don't mean to poo poo your wanting night sights they are nice for quick acquisition in low light.
I think the trigger is lighter than 5 lbs. It is way lighter than any other striker pistol I own. I am gonna have to buy one. I didn't really notice the reset being that long.

Looks like the going price is 417. I went and fondled one at a lgs. My impressions of are as follows: seems a bit top heavy but the grip angle makes up for it. The grip is well done very smith M&P ish. The trigger in one word, awesome! Very very crisp. Much better than any of the other polymer...
