So I shot one of these for the first time today. The trigger was actually very nice on the one I tried. The reset is a little long but not long enough for that to be a deal breaker. It had a smooth pull and clean break. There was only one major problem and I now understand what they were talking...

Probably right but it seems like the plane ran into the helicopter not the other way around.

Don't you think it was his mistake as well though? Sure he called "low pass" but does that mean everybody else has to get out of any airspace that could be considered a "low pass"? I'm not familiar with how this works but his plane seemed to move a lot faster than that guys little helicopter.

Seems like prices on the evo have gone up the past few days. Anybody know of any deals locally? I'm leaning towards this and the mp5 clones now. A couple questions on the mp5. The biggest question I have is what is the different between all the clones? Basically which ones are worth checking...

How easy is it to convert a 9mm ar to something else? i didn't realize it was something simple to do. I don't necessarily think it would just be a range toy. It would be pretty good for home defense and something I could easily put in a bag or in the car. I'm thinking it could be a pretty...

Also I like that the controls on the mpx are familiar. this is a pretty big deal to me because it would minimize the amount of training I would need to do with different style rifles. Having said that I think I'm still leaning towards the CZ. I do like the mp5 option though the more I read about it.

I'm seeing that it is about $400-500 more.

What would be better about an ar9 in this configuration? Ive always thought they seemed like more trouble than they're worth. I would like for it to have the option of a collapsible stock of some sort as well.

Thanks! I live near quickshot so I may take you up on that sometime. I have shot the mpx and the mp5. The mpx felt nice. The mp5 was awesome but it was also full auto and I don't have that kinda budget. Why don't you sbr your scorpion?

That's interesting to hear. I have read a couple other reviews saying the trigger was the worst part of the gun. They said it was not smooth and has to come all the way back out to reset. Time will tell I guess.

I think a lot of people bought a bunch of ammo with this latest round of gun control talks. If nothing happens politically for a little while it will probably settle down until we get closer to the election. Then who knows..

I have both but prefer the glock. Personal preference really but being so close to Smyrna is a plus. I prefer the trigger in the glock although I know they have some upgrades to make the m&p pretty sweet.
