Anybody have/had a Troy CQB-SPC AR? I really like the looks of them, the price seems to be right, but I can't hardly find any reviews.

I agree with you, but I don't think "checking out" a gun at a meet should require detail stripping and inspecting every individual part. At some point the seller is hiding things.

I think I'm going to have to disagree with the 19 round capacity... That's like saying if I duct tape a 33 round Glock mag to my 19 I've got a 49 round capacity. I'm also going to go ahead and disagree with everything else too.

I think it depends on what you want to do with the gun. Carry gun? Make it right. No questions. Range toy? Choot it!

Nice setup! I am a ham, although I rarely get on the air any more. Mostly just the occasional 2 meter storm net. I do miss HF sometimes though. I need to pick up another HF radio at some point. I think I still have an antenna and tuner. 73 de KG4GHN

Yes it is Semi. I like it a lot. Very little recoil with cheap skeet/bird rounds. Has been super reliable for me so far. It is just all black though, I don't know if they offer wood stocks.

Deadlift PR today. 315 for a double. I've never done 3 plates before. Felt good.

I firmly believe that anybody that carries a gun should get training. I also firmly believe that it should not be government mandated.

TBH the concealment is pretty mediocre. I've been meaning to get something better. Really looking for something that conceals well without adding bulk because the G42 fits in my pockets fine, but not so much with a big soft pocket holster like a Desantis nemesis or something.

Weekday business casual dress: Glock 42. Carry with Federal HST. Weekend untucked tshirt dress: Glock 19. Carry with Hornady Critical Defense. Holster made by @Leshaire. I can adjust the cant to FBI when I'm feeling fat or straight drop when I feel like AIWB.

Pretty much anything in 10mm is badass.

Also, on the .45 and 10 mm compacts(29 and 30), they are called subcompacts but are much closer in size to the 19 than a 26. I really like Glocks a lot, and have for a long time. That being said, the .45s and 10mms are BIG. If you think you want one I would at least go fondle one in a store...
