I have a friend with the .45 HK that is supressed. With 230 grain target loads, the greatest noise is from the projectile striking the target. He uses bullseye powder and a plated projectile at about 725 to 750 fps.

I use a 150 grain plated bullet for my subsonic loads in 30-30 and .308. Costs about .25 cents per round.

You must shoot thousands of rounds per year, be shooting dirty guns, or be shooting some bad reloads to get an unmodified Glock to double feed more than every 2 to 3 years. Not trying to be a Richard, but that taticool stuff is for shooting matches and mall ninjas. Get a Glock 19, factory night...
