For standing I agree. At creekside, the nets work better as the range bay dividers are really close to the right side. Either way, keeps you from having to pickup brass!

Well, if you don't care. Spray bomb it... I would also just buy a cerakote startup kit if your going to do the duracote route. Seems like a much more durable finish.

Meh, I still clean them. The o-ring doesn't get cleaned, just wiped off with a dry rag. The rest of the shotgun gets cleaned up, but the do wear out sometimes, especially if you shoot hot loads alot. Also, the barrel has the portion of it that the bolt locks into. The outer portion of it rests...

I second the 1100 or 1187 premier option. Only "maintenance" is the rubber o-ring. Also, I just had to fix my buddies after 12 years of shooting (the forearm support broke), $12 part, and had it back together in no time. Pretty good considering he had shot thousands upon thousands of rounds...
