    Huge difference in ride quality. I'm blown away. Cabin is much quieter, transitions over bumps are very solid now, they weren't bad before but there's definitely a very good improvement. I could tell a difference just pulling out of the driveway onto the road.

    Oh we have weekend OT available if work requirements allow it. At least here it's voluntary. The 9 years i was on the flightline, it was mandatory most weekends. Like, I made this lateral move to where I am now and I gave up $10K take home pay bc of the loss of overtime.
