    Project: Attention Whore

So I have a 16" AR15 that I don't really mess with too much, but its a nice gun. The plan is to have it rigged up for cameras, specifically to film the suppressor metering and for any other videos testing out suppressors. 16" is kind of a standard for metering and comparing suppressors on 556...

Based on what I just googled it does cause the body to release some additional insulin, but it is the least of all the other options. You're probably fine consuming some. Everything we eat causes some insulin release.

I haven't restricted it and my keto strips still come out purple. I do avoid artificial sweetener since it still causes insulin spikes

    Check out my new website!

You should make a few suppressor holsters, I bet they would sell decently to NFA guys, and you wouldn't need but a few suppressors to make the holsters for them, since they share similar dimensions. Heck, I'd buy a suppressor holster from you for my 22 can and 45 can

    44magnum heavy bullet loads?

I'm just trying to get as little noise as possible. I'll have to experiment. Where are you getting lead to cast?

1045 is crazy low. Try something higher that you can eventually turn into an easier long term habbit. I use My fitness pal and a kitchen food scale to get pretty decent calorie readings

    44magnum heavy bullet loads?

It's a 44 mag rifle. My friend has a casting set up for 45, so I do think I'll have the dies for it soon. Is 250gr 45acp worth chasing? Or stick with 230?

    WTB / Open for suggestions: Semi-auto 12ga

If HD is your goal the SPX is the way to go. the JM is nice if you ever plan on doing some clay shooting and don't like reloads, but most commercial sporting clay/trap/skeet locations only allow 2 shots in the mag at a time. This was the best 930spx price I could find $621.89...

Fiber one anything, its like a cleanse. My friend once thought it was funny to eat a whole tub of my muffins, later that day he learned they were fiber one muffins. It was glorious.

Also I'm still hovering at the 20lbs weight loss since January, but my strength has gone way up, and I'm pretty sure my sexdrive is in overdrive due to the keto diet and fat burning. So what I'm saying is I'm losing weight and want to sit on @Hoss face, but I'm probably still a little to heavy...
