Do you know all the different type knots for each type string or lure. Here’s some help I found.

Honestly I spend a lot of time chasing bass or crappie so the Palomar Knot is what I use the most. It’s quick and durable and my go to for swapping out multiple different lures.

As of April 1, 2021 the USCG will be enforcing the engine kill switch law. Operators of vessels with 3HP or more and less than 26 feet in length will be required to use the installed engine cut off switch and lanyard under most circumstances.

So you have to wear a wrist strap to drive a jon boat now?

If your boat didn’t originally have you, you aren’t required to install one. But it’s still BS. Anything they can do to make people criminals. I swear that’s what it amounts to. If you’re a criminal, they have power over you. If you’re a sheep, they have power over you. If you resist their power over you, you’re an insurgent and must be eliminated.

They got me several years back on wedowee....in a boat that wasn't even running....wasn't even equipped with one...fought it in court....they didn't care....$450 + installation of a kill switch. The ticket was $250 but since I lost add court costs of $200

20 foot pontoon with a 25hp motor and high sidewalls. I could swim faster than that boat could go.
