It’s a super easy build. I did it on my kitchen table with hand tools and 6 beers. Took about an hour.

Buy a czechpoint receiver from Gunbroker, jerry from recon ordnance has them on there. If you’re planning on SBR make sure you also buy the backplate from jerry. The Czech point receiver will be drilled and tapped for the backplate which you install the folding stock onto

I'm really thinking about basterdizing it with the shockwave fin....Naw I'm kidding, if anything in this world needs to be an SBR its the VZ. Recon is who I got my original parts kit from. So what's up with the casting they offer? I know guys that have 3d printed a receiver for it, but don't get the point of the casting.
Ok, so when the stock is folded, everything functions, but when the stock is extended, the bolt carrier gets stuck back.... Anyone know the cause of the issue?
is it really that easy? i've been looking at these for a minute but never looked up the build process. Were you able to send of the reciever to have it sbr'd before building?

Gonna head out in about 30 or so minutes and go look at it and 95% sure I’ll get it. I don’t have a 30-30 anymore since our house fire in 2012. And it’s hard to beat $250 for anything
Morning Gents, I've got 3 bakes an 1 paratrooper waffle I need to let go. I would like to keep them all together but asking $220 for all, with ammo in each. Also have a Sar k2 .45 like new in box, metal frame with 2 14round mags an a bunch of ammo (can count when back home, along with pic of K2) that I will do $540 for all.

I bought the receiver which is 100% complete from czechpoint. Did a 4473 for it and when it arrived built the gun as a pistol while I submitted my form 1 for SBR.
The build is really that easy. No machining necessary, as long as you have a parts kit that has the original barrel still in it. If yours comes without a barrel it’s a press and pin fit but 90% of the kits have the OG CHF/CL barrel.
literally took and hour or less to assemble, imagine putting together an AR lower.
