Had a great range trip today with my Ruger SR22p today! Now that I'm finding some .22lr ammo again I'm reminded of how great the SR22p is. I only wish I shot all of my pistols as well as I shoot this one! Maybe this should be my carry pistol lol.

I'd love to Trigger, but I'm a low tech guy in a high tech world.

Went shooting for the first time in awhile yesterday. I took out my Ruger SR9, which hadn't been out since I bought the Beretta 92FS. I shot both and to my surprise I was nearly as accurate with the Ruger as the Beretta. Funny thing is, I nearly traded the Ruger a year after I bought it...

I'm not a revolver guy, yet. Why the moon clips option? What advantage do they offer? I understand they are necessary on 9mm model revolvers, but why on the 38?

Mine was an automatic. The only thing that failed on the car was the transmission. The transmission was made by Chrysler. American Motors was an accurate title, I also found parts on it made by GM and Ford. I didn't experience the wheel hop problem, probably due to very stiff air shocks I put...

That's too funny! My first new car was a '74 AMC Gremlin with a 5.0 liter V8. Mine had headers, and big wheels and back tires. It was a handful on snowy, icy streets of Indy Winters. I guess we're 2 of a kind. I almost included the Gremlin as an example of my quirky choices.

Interesting, I especially like the idea of the SA trigger. Design wise, I'd have preferred more simple lines, but it's not a deal breaker (I once owned a Beretta U22 Neos ::)).

Actually, after re-checking my receipt it was $14.77/ box.. Not that it makes much difference. It's all gone now thanks to my new Beretta 92fs, it was fun while it lasted.

Was in WalMart today, picked up 3 - 50 round boxes of Federal Champion 9mm luger ammo @$14.97 / box. They also had some .45 acp, 38 spl, and 40 S&W in stock, but no 22lr. They had more ammo on their shelves than I've seen in probably a year.
