You can with a C&R. I had one and actually got it back from the ATF in 12 days. 5 days later I had 2 Mosins delivered to my door.
Yes I know this, but I was using generally speaking terms. Op was asking about misconceptions.
I have only ever ordered 1 gun with mine. Right after I got it. Now I just use it for discounts more than anything.
