In the bag of my recovery gear that was in the back of my Jeep. So kinda a flooded cabin.

Shoot it in a hipoint... really though it should shoot and be fine unless it has pitting rust, surface rust is gonna happen to non coated steel.

I saw that video the other day. It's an impressive shot for sure but it doesn't look like he actually hit the balloon. It looks like the splash from the bullet hitting steel is what popped the balloon. Like I ssid, it's impressive for sure that he was even able to hit steel at 1,000 yards but it doesn't appear that he actually hit the balloon.

The hit on the steel was directly behind where the balloon was.
