I married onto this deck...scrubbing and refinishing coming this spring. Just did the side porch 3weeks ago.

Here's mine... the first few pics was when we first moved in... the last pic is after I power washed it, sanded parts of it and stained/sealed it. It will eventually need new floorboards as the old ones are not in the best shape. The after picture was just after staining/sealing it and a couple days later we got a rain... it made it look amazing. It doesn't always look like that though.

I also installed an outdoor ceiling fan in the pergola area and a flat screen tv mount that folds up along with a pair of speakers and a small amp.

My back deck is much better. Waiting on the rhododendron to bloom before I take pics.

I can attest to the niceness of NWS's deck as I've been on it before. I'm sure a few here have as well

My back deck is 56'x20' then wraps around the house for 30'x6' opening to the front porch which is 52'x8'.
