So, stopped by a WM on the way home from work, just before 11. They had a little of everything, no bulk or budget range stuff, so I buzzed down to the super WM. Same story, picked over pretty good. I got 4 boxes of Win 555, 22s. Love shooting .22s. Funny thing, the case was locke and the counter was blocked, but off to the left, tons of 12 ga shotgun shells. Seems weird, the most deadly rounds are right there and the small stuff if under lock and chain.

I guess all the hand gun ammo is locked due to hand guns are easy to conceal. Since sawed-off shotguns are illegal no one would dare bring one in and commit a crime. Just another tragedy waiting to happen. Of course it will be the shotguns fault and another ban will be called for.

yep. it's amazing what passes for logic sometimes. like a criminal wouldn't dare to bring a gun into a gun free zone. that's against the law!

I once bought a 12 ga pump there and asked for 10 boxes of shells to go with. There was a definite sharp intake of breath on the other side of the counter I said, "Simma down, now!".

.410 ammo is locked up in many stores due to the Taurus Judge and the S&W Governor. It is illegal to kill somebody with handgun ammo or assault rifles. Shotguns are apparently not so dangerous.....except for my .410. Oh heck......never mind.

Ok, wait. Killing people is wrong with any ammo. Right? Because ammo is used in guns and they are very bad. Right? I am really confused these days.
