I have this set up. I think it is a 1996 or 1997 year. Can not remember right now. Prefix KH. I love the gun. The Gemtech suppressor, not so much. It is about the same year. No I have not tried to wear the holster. Only draw back, if you buy a dedicated suppressor for the 23 good luck finding adapter to use on other host guns.

Do they use USP 45 Mags? If they do, they are like $55 a pop if you can find them. My USP 45 is beyond my favorite handgun, especially with the Insight on it. USP 45 is the poor mans MK23 haha

Nope, mk23 uses their own mag and they run about $60 each.
