I buy most of my gear online. http://www.originalsoegear.com/ first and foremost. Amazon and LAPoliceGear are really helpful too. I also try to get small stuff at the local surplus store and gun stores every now and then to help support small businesses.

I will use ammoseek or ammobot to find good deals on ammo. I try to find stuff on Amazon when I can. Most other places I look have been previously mentioned. I like DIY survival items where possible.
