Become red and itchy
Try to get ragey(fast motorcycle ride, heavy bag, sprints)
Bulnox (B-nox) pre-workout drink and a LOT of stretching.

Seriously though, it can be over done. There's this hipster fuck that goes to my pool that stretches for 10 minutes before swimming.
Any recommendations for some other good stuff to take? Looking to get back into shape after my back injury last year. Im looking at meal replacement shakes, pre workout, etc.
I figured cutting sugary drinks and sweating my nuts off in the shop every day would have done more. Havent lost shit though

I mixed preworkout in with my poor man's bulletproof coffee the other day.......I almost puked in the gymI just drink coffee 30-45 minutes before heading to the gym.
