What's your favorite taco, and where's your favorite taco place?

There used to be a place next to a gas station on Sigman Rd in Conyers that had the best Barbacoa I've ever had. They would also sell carnitas, barbacoa, and lingua by the Lb. I would pick it up for taco nights before they changed owners. There's still a restaurant there, but it's not the same.

There's also a place behind the Chow Dog, in the grocery at the back of the Flea Market that's got some really good food.
