Very savory. The crunchies on the outside are out of this world and the marrow is supposed to be very healthy. I found it a bit yucky but the gravy is the best. I'll pass in the future.

A night off from salads tonight. The wife made me ham, new potatoes, and green beans! Very good! Healthy eating for 2 months now. Down 16 pounds.
