What State Has The Strictest Gun Laws In The Country?

anyone know which state has the strictest gun laws? How does Ohio compare to endorsing the second amendment.


Just moved here from Florida and am looking for some guidance regarding the laws.

I'd say it's a toss up between Commiefornia, No gun York and Illinois.

Yeah, I'm going to have to agree with Mike, I think California is probably one of the worst, and New York and Illinois are pretty close seconds.


Ohio has some pretty good laws for those of us who choose to carry, and I think there is a bill going around now that would get rid of the concealed carry license all together and allow any one who is legally allowed to carry to do so concealed.


Ohio is an open carry state, though you don't see it to often, it is allowed. Just be sure to steer clear of gun free zones like government buildings, and schools.
