What is "Military Style" hardware?

It's a phrase right out of Dianne Feinstein's playbook. I'm certainly not opposed to de-militarizing the police, but this provides some insight into what types of actions would be taken against the Second Amendment if it were possible with less resistance...and don't forget, this is for the police, not inept civilians.

Yes, dull knives are now "military style".

I'm going to end up getting a .50 bmg, mainly as an investment. I believe they are the next "machine gun" as far as future legislation goes. They've been high on the list for a long time, and with less immunity to a ban. I don't believe they are as resistant to a ban as AR's/Ak's/etc.

I would agree. I need to get one as well they are just so damn expensive. Then again, If I think they are expensive now I can only imagine what they will be if they get the ax. Those Safety Harbor uppers aren't bad...
