I think threads like this can be sticky material, but I guess we will see.

Yeah I guess. Kind of like the "Suburban Homestead of a fulltime single dad who has no time because he has a fulltime job and needs to use as many automatic systems as possible to make any of this work"

Working on a small pad for the smoker (propane, converting to NG) and a rocket stove I am hoping to build and finish this weekend.

Working on a small pad for the smoker (propane, converting to NG) and a rocket stove I am hoping to build and finish this weekend.

Is that a hand crank mixer or powered? Where did you get it?

Powered. It belongs to my company and they let me borrow it. I think that one came from lowes or Home Depot, about $200. But they typically rent them there for much less.



Alas the mixer had a bad capacitor, so I did the best I could with a bucket since I have already put this project off for about a year.
