Rich, I'd like to know how you cut the pages out in the book you've pictured. That looks like it's very well done and I'm guessing that it isn't easy to do that with everyday household tools.

I used a jigsaw to cut out the pages. Cut the front cover louse from the pages. Fold the back cover away from the pages then cut them out with the saw.








Then glue the front cover back on.
