I carried my Kahr P380 in a pocket holster today. I normally carry the LCP in that manner and there is nothing wrong with it. But I just wanted to get used to anther one of my favorite pocket .380. ;)

Have my LC9 in the waistband---while working on another old (1963 Wingmaster) 870 that I rescued from a pawn shop. LCP still on my ankle, where it usually resides during my work day.

Had to drive to another city that is 120 miles away. The LCP was on guard to protect my wife and I during the trip.

As usual I'm going out shopping today and the LCP will be brought along.

Regarding fishing Saturday, I was trying some new artificial lures out in the pond behind the Widow's House in Chapin. I'd picked up some Bagley Balsa Wood Lures, with a spinner on the tail. Just as I was pulling it in, a 6lb Large Mouth decided to tear into it. The Widow took the picture and the lure showed some neat teeth marks. This one is their Tennessee Shad Model and I have six others that I'm dying to try out. I've been fooling around with other artificial stuff and have found that Beetle Spins work great for Bass and Crappie. Our weathers getting colder here in SC so it time to start trolling.

I went back Saturday evening.... Nothing. There is as usual, a big difference between fishing and catching. At least the weather was nice.

Carried my PM9 in a pocket holster and went to the range this weekend to have some fun. Shot three boxes of ball ammo and some defensive hollow points. All went well.

The owner of the marina that I work at took us to Ponderosa.
I carried my Ruger SR 1911 in an inside the waistband holster.
You never know when you may be attacked by an extra rare steak.

Today I am carrying my LCP. But today I also made a deal with my buddy to purchase his XPS 45acp in 2 weeks. Looks like I will have a new winter CCW. 8)
