Wanting to plan a 7-10 day getaway to some place remote that has fishing nearby and hiking trails.

Hopefully the place can accommodate 7-10 people as well.

Something on the east coast is preferred since we'll be driving.

There are cabins for rent on every lake in America. Sounds like it would be a good time. I know there are some in the mountain in North Georgia. The Appalachian trail starts up there so the hiking should be good.
