USCCA Self Defense Shield: https://www.usconcealedcarry.com/uscca-self-defense-shield-actually-work/

This is a MUST HAVE for ANYONE that owns a firearm, that keeps a firearm in the house and most definitely carries a firearm regularly. Having insurance to protect you and your family from the legal battle that WILL occur after a shooting, even a justified shooting is as equally important as owning the firearm itself or training with that firearm for the protection of you and your family and it's assets.

Having insurance not only protects you from probable civil suits that will be brought against you, but also the potential criminal suit that you maybe charged with.

Having insurance will protect you financial security as well as the security of your freedom.

Having insurance can also save your life by removing any doubt that may cause you to hesitate when you are in a lethal force situation. Having insurance and a legal will created will insure your peace of mind so that when you are faced with a lethal force situation, you can confidently engage without fear or worry that your family will not be taken care of in the event that you are sued civilly, charged criminally or killed in the fight.

USCCA has 3 different levels of protection that are very affordable for everyone that owns a firearm. For me, this is the responsible thing to do, much as it is keeping your firearms secured from children, training regularly and studying various mindset and tactical disciplines.

For me, peace of mind is worth it. Especially in our society where the criminal is often portrayed as the victim and families of these criminals are looking to get paid. Just look at the Michael Brown - Ferguson debacle. His parents are suing the cop who shot and killed Michael Brown justifiably. And often bleeding heart liberals sit on the bench and hand down hefty settlements to these families as a way to stick it to gun owners.
