That's too bad...FedEx blows. They routinely screw up my shipments...in fact I could probably count on one hand the number of problem free shipments I've had with them over the years.

I've always had customer service issues in the UPS stores, but not with UPS in general. I pretty much always use FedEx now. They've helped me pack up a gun before and chatted guns with me while we did it. I can almost guarantee you that the rude indian couple that runs my local UPS store wouldn't even ship a gun if they knew what it was. Hell, they wouldn't even help me ship a cable box back to AT&T when according to AT&T all you have to do is drop it at a UPS store, no packaging or labeling needed.
