I would. I'm not really a fan of piston AR's in general and the Sig isn't really "special". And I'd love to have an Ed Brown 1911. But in all seriousness, how does the math work out?

Upon further review, definitely yes!

well, looks like my AR10 phase was short lived and looks like I will be adding another Ed Brown to the safe.

Reasoning?
A) AR10 = gheyness

B) Ed Brown = Not gheyness

C) I'm so over black rifles, the self loathing that I have right now building this AR9 is incredible; so anything to less that would be nice.

D) You ought to be able to get a Sig 716 for a lot less than an Ed Brown. Monetarily, it's pretty much a good bit in your favor.

If someone is sully enough to trade an Ed Brown, even a Kobra, for a Sig 716 I would say you need to trade with them more often. You're definitely getting the better end of that deal.

Going to try to get down Wednesday to pick it up. Not sure what I will do with it. Probably work it into a trade for a other bike.

Yes for every reason stated above.
Better money wise.
You don't seem to into the AR-10 anyways
And if I was going the AR -10 route I would go with the S&W MP10 over the sig anyways at almost 50% cheaper.

It could be yours. I don't really have a use for it.
Second kid arrived in March and the wife took an extended leave = no monies...

But if you want to trade it for an excellent condition Knights Armament SR15 Mod1 with about 150 rounds through it, let me know!
