yeah but it does a number on that gel. And another comment pointed out that it isnt a hollow point so it should be legal in all states.
That's some great innovative bullet designing right there 21" penetration and the first 11" has a 2" cavity. WoW Lehigh Defense nailed it !!

If you are in a state that does, then the extra penetration is a liability, and the lack of expansion means you lose some permanent cavity.
In rounds that lack enough pentration, like .380, these are decent options, since JHPs wont go deep enough.

Very good point on the .380, I also like that they seem that they would feed reliably in guns that may not like hollow points.
Looks kinda like an inverted Hydroshok bullet. Seems awful light for such a damaging projectile. Gotta believe in the facts though. At a $1.75 it is cheaper than the R.I.P. although I don't see why this round has to be CNC'd as it looks easily castable.

They are incredible penetrators. Though I think the "defense" in the name is a bit misleading. I wouldn't consider FMJs a defensive round. They'll work, sure, but JHP mo betta.
