300 blk may be in a .223 parent rifle case, but it is really a magnum pistol caliber. Heck it is loaded using pistol powders in many cases.

Nah. Once fired brass 147gr. About to start reloading subs, I got plenty of brass, 208gr hornadys, primers and powder just gotta get time with my pops in his reloading cave to show me the ropes.

Is a magnum pistol caliber not ideal for a sbr? I wouldn't have any interest in a 300blk with a 10"+ barrel.

Magnum pistol caliber a are great suppressed Sbr's. Easy to load up subs and hot rounds to mimic rifle speeds.

A 10" 77/357 is a dream gun of mine, my 77/44 is sick and deserves a tax stamp

I have no idea. I got a Shit ton of primers free. A shit ton of assorted powders at half price, and brass has all been pick ups besides a few hundred once fired converted 556 brass I bought at psa for $10/100. My dads been picking me up the hornady amax when he comes across it. Not sure what he's paid.

Seekins rail made for PA. Got it for $99.99 when they first came out. Only Markings are PA (primary arms) which is cool bc I live in PA now.

I've been seriously thinking about SBRing one of my ARs in 300blk, but just haven't found the motivation to do it. If the price of ammo keeps coming down & subs more readily available, I may have to get on that soon. Although, with our dillhole president talking about confiscating guns, I'm sure the prices are about to go through the roof again and I'll have to wait a couple more years.

Actually I think it is a great idea. Pistol/shotgun powders are much faster burning than rifle powders. So anything using pistol powder within reason is more suited to a shorter barrel.
