I took a friend to shoot today. We had a blast shooting the M11/9 with suppressor, 300 BO suppressed, AR15 suppressed and a couple of .22s suppressed. First time shooting full auto and shooting suppressed. If things go as planned I will have a nifty surprise for some at the M&G. If anyone has an M11/9 and would like to slow the rate of fire to sub 600 RPM without changing their bolt out, I have the hook-up. Another friend on another forum built some limited run bolts that have a block of tungsten attached to the back. Well, it has gotten taken even further and a bolt is being made out of a 95% tungsten allow steel. This bolt allows you to take a stock M11/9 and simply swap out the stock bolt and deal done. In the past, you could buy an aftermarket Lage upper or, as in my case, have a TASK style slow fire conversion done which requires a functional buffer tube on the back of the gun to work. I have talked with another party who will be loaning me his bolt for the M&G! Pretty cool.
