Dang... sell your company and pay half a million bucks in fines because you didn't keep up with numbers in a notebook. I'm not sure how you get to be that big if your record keeping is that bad.

A lot of owners bust their ass for a long time and when things finally get going they start living the good life. Out on the boat or flying around somewhere, while the guys handle things back at the shop. Sometimes things get away from them. I've seen it more than a few times.

Hahaha! Yeah, for some of the 62 un-serialized FA lowers they had from "A deal that fell through" ....I am shocked at the plea deal though. Very minimal given the 262 total "where the fuck did they go" guns...

What I don't get is why not have a FT compliance worker when you're as large as Stag? There's no real good reason not to. It's definitely cheaper than lawyers.
