I just Traded into this lovely Beast.
Thinking about upgrading it with a Fulton Armory Receiver but other than that she is a Tack Driver.
it is sporting a Nikon M-308 Scope.
Have had this to the range already and just did not take pictures of the target.
Will Repost with pictures of this one and the groups it produces.
Was getting 1.5 inch Groups at 75 yards with Surplus 308 Ammo.

You should consider my offer; not only will I actually appreciate the firearm, but I will actually shoot it (I should pause here for a moment and scoff at @ArtVandelay for not shooting the 1943 Garand that I now own because he was too much of a pussy) ..... But where was I? ... oh yeah - give me a M1A cheap!!!!!!!!!

On a serious note.

Next time you go to the range let me know. I am not far from you and would love to see this thing in action.

Went and Shot this rifle again Monday.
Was a Great day for fun.
My Son took his British 303 from 1920's and I took my Socom16 and my Sino-Soviet SKS out.
The Socom Performed very well today.
This is the 5 round group from 50 Yards:

And this one is the last 4 Bullets I had with me at 100 Yards, Lucky I did not pull one LOL.

I have a soft spot for M1A's, but have sadly yet to own one. Maybe one day..

Me too I built one from a Rock-Ola Receiver (James River Armory) and it has all USGI parts and it is a Hell of a Performer.
I had it at the meet and Greet that @NWS put together back in the Summer and a few got to shoot it.
