yea, hes a cheap ass, so he researches everything before spending money on anything. So I do know his shit works....lol
I may get into something larger here real soon. I am thoroughly enjoying this little ten gallon aquarium.
And there in lies the Conundrumlive dead rock, isn`t that an oxymoron?
Thank you brother but I ordered some live rock already. 20lbs worth and it will be here tomorrow. That stuff is expensive 150 bucks for 20 pounds of it.I have over 100 pounds of dead live rock if you need it. I've got close to $1000 in it, but I'll make you a great deal
Just have to "seed" it w/ other live rock or you can take water out of any established tank to bring it back to life.

If and when I upgrade to a 100+ gallon I will give you a shout bro. That is a lot of good rock you have on your hands.Yeah, I was able to get a deal from the LFS at the time, but still paid anywhere from $7.95 to over $10 per pound depending on what type of rock it was and what kind of mood the owner was in. When you do decide to go bigger, and you will, http://www.marcorocks.com/ often has pretty good sales on dead live rock.
Lynrd & Skynyrd or Tango and Cash, Cause their gonna cost ya!!I need to come up with some names for these little guys. Any ideas?
Ha ha! Tango and Cash is kinda catchy.Lynrd & Skynyrd or Tango and Cash, Cause their gonna cost ya!!
I think I am overstocked as it is bro. I may need to wait until I get a bigger tank before I add anything else to the mix. Thank you though. Will have to look, but I may have some Brain Coral for you.
The clownfish are already starting to make a home in the anemone.
You found NEMO!!!!!
Sorry to hear that, starting out with your adventure can be painful at times..It is a learning process, glad to hear the fish are ok!Well bad news. The anemone is dead. It got stuck in the intake of the filter. At least the fish survived the filter not running over night. Stupid anemone.
