I have actually never smoked Davidoff...

I'm a fan of the Nicaraguan Puro they released two years ago and the new Escurio is excellent.
If you're into middle of the road boldness and very smooth, Patoro is a new brand founded by a former Davidoff master blender and priced very competitively.

I'll have to check them out...hopefully the shop by me has them...i get most of my stuff online though so either way...I just hate waiting

Davidoff is tough to find in physical locations, it costs around $45k to make the initial order and build out they require, but most of the big online guys have them.

I know the spot by me carries Davidoff...I've just never tried one. I honestly don't know anyone that smokes a lot that has recommended them to me.

I don't smoke them very often. Like with most things, premium cigars follow a rule of diminishing returns in my book. A $24 dollar cigar is rarely twice as good as a $12 cigar. The Nicaragua and Escurio range from $16-18 here, but we have no state tobacco tax so it might be a hair higher in GA. They're worth an occasional splurge from my usual $10-12 selection.

Fairly light for a Room 101. Really a very old school, light cedar and raw tobacco flavor and a little creamy about halfway down. The smaller sizes tend to have excellent construction. Because of the raw size, this size has occasional cap cracking and burns a little wavy. Never had one that was severe though.

Smaller sizes range from $5-7.50 from robusto to 7x70. The horsecock runs $8.50

It's nothing spectacular, but it's a very solid and consistent cigar at a good price.

The Scotch is aa 2010 vintage Talisker 18yr and absolutely incredible.

Room 101 Namakubi now, Tatuaje Sumatra earlier. The Tat is a new, short fill, cheaper stick. $4/robusto. Definitely not a true Tatuaje, but not a bad stick at all. The Namakubi is friggin excellent.
