Yesterday I reached out to Slidefire Systems customer service regarding a crack in an old SBS stock of theirs that I have had for at least 5 years. This stock was used on my 5.45 AR before I got into the NFA game and honestly has probably seen 10k rounds of use at least.
I sent them the following pictures and they responded in less than 30 minutes with an RMA number offering to replace it. Today I shipped it off. Let's see how long it takes them to get it back to me.
Full disclosure, the stock still worked fine even with the crack, I just wanted to get it taken care of before it became an issue.
So far I gotta say +1 on their customer service. Fast and responsive!
