Love that MI rail. Does Folding stock adapter still work as a buffer tube? or does it have a modified BCG?
They function just like a regular buffer tube with the exception that the buffer is captured in the folding portion. It leaves the bolt carrier fully exposed to the elements in the folded positiion. Also, if you fire the rifle with it folded, you're probably going to KB the upper or the BCG.
It won't really Kb. There's a pet that catches the bcg so it won't shoot out, and it generally doesn't even need to be replaced if that happens, but it is designed to be a replaceable part
